30-09-2026
Saturday 7 – Sunday 8 November 2026 and Saturday 14 – Sunday 15 November 2026.
On 7–8 and 14–15 November, thousands of garage sales & secondhand markets will take place across
Australia.
Organising a garage sale is a great way to swap or share items you no longer need with your community or
make some money. Most people host their garage sale outside their home – in their front garden, garage
or driveaway or join a local market happening near by.
How you can take part:
- Shop at events near you to save money and find useful or unique items.
- Sell your unwanted items to make money or raise funds for your community.
- Reuse to reduce waste and help the environment.
It’s free to take part and everyone is welcome. Learn more or register at garagesaletrail.com.au
