Members of the public and Councillors are advised that an Extraordinary Meeting of Upper Lachlan Shire Council will be held on Monday, 13 February 2023 commencing at 8.30am in the Council Chambers, Spring Street, Crookwell.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider funding for Disaster Ready Grant Application Round One for Gunning Stormwater Upgrades and flood warning system.
A public gallery is allowed but seating is limited to 12 seats, available on a first-in basis. As with all Ordinary Meetings of Council, this meeting will also be webcast (see link below).
The broadcast may incorporate the Zoom teleconferencing platform. If required, councillors, staff or presenters who are outside of the chamber will still be able to participate in the meeting by teleconferencing.
