It’s RUOK Day on Thursday 14 September, and this year Upper Lachlan Shire Council is holding several CUPPA & A CONVO morning and afternoon teas across the Shire.
At each session, along with nibbles and a cuppa, the aim is for people to simply mingle and chat, listen to a very short talk, have access to details of relevant services available in the community, and then be encouraged to reach out to someone in their life. One chat can make all the difference in the world.
