Upper Lachlan Shire Council invites expressions of interest from persons who would like to become a member of the Upper Lachlan Shire Council Section 355 Economic Development Advisory Committee.
The Upper Lachlan Shire Council Section 355 Economic Development Advisory Committee provides advice and support to Council relating to Economic Development, with a link between Council and key emerging industry sectors and the aim of encouraging economic growth in the region.
The Committee meets every three months or by arrangement to discuss matters relating to economic development relating to the Upper Lachlan Shire Council.
Membership of the Committee will consist of three Councillors (voting), three community representatives (voting), the Council CEO or representative (non-voting) and Council staff as required (non-voting).
Persons interested in applying to be a community representative and who live within the Upper Lachlan Shire local government area are eligible to apply. Please see this link to the Committee Charter for further details.
