MEDIA RELEASE SUPPLIED BY BREADALBANE HALL COMMITTEE

The Breadalbane Hall Committee has recently undergone a change in leadership, as Ms Sally McLean, who has been heading up the committee for nine years has stepped down. During her time at the helm, Sally achieved many milestones, making the Breadalbane Hall a well-known and respected community venue.

Ms Sylvie Hayles, the new Chair of the Hall Committee, along with Committee members is now busy planning the 2023 events and looking forward to another successful year. The hall is available for hire and has many facilities to meet the needs of hiring groups, including a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious main hall, and an undercover pergola.

Councillor John Searl presented a bouquet of flowers to Sally on behalf of the committee, and thanked Sally for all her hard work and dedication. Her contribution to the community will not be forgotten, and the committee is grateful that Sally has chosen to remain on the Committee to assist with the hall’s future endeavours.

The Breadalbane Hall Committee is excited to start a new chapter, and is eager to continue offering the community a place to gather, socialise and celebrate. We are confident that the hall will continue to be an important part of the community for many years to come.
