Notice is hereby given that Upper Lachlan Shire Council as roads authority, under Part 2, Division 1 of the Roads Regulation 2018, proposes to name a new public road under constructed in the subdivision of Lot 6 DP 133734, Lots 107 and 108 DP 754118 as approved under DA 234/2023, off Dalton Road, GUNNING.
The proposed road name: Meadow Drive
The subdivision at 35 Dalton Road, GUNNING (DA 234/2023) involves the creation for one new public road (loop road). The developer has a preference to use names originating from the locality of the subdivision which is in close proximity to Meadow Creek. Refer to below map for location of the proposed road.

Any person may make a written submission on the proposed name during the exhibition period by sending it to Upper Lachlan Shire Council under:
