Submissions must be made on the 2025/2026 Submission Form and must outline items that can be considered in the 2025/2026 and future years’ budgets. This includes requests for financial assistance for community groups or charitable organisations.
To allow Council to fully understand your submissions and give them suitable consideration, you are requested to supply sufficient detail that will fully describe the requested project/service and include any cost estimates if they are available and any recurring operational/maintenance expense. Please note, submissions must only include a maximum of three items in the order of their priority.
Council advises that due to significant inflationary cost pressures, the ability to fund submissions will be limited in the 2025-2026 year.
Copies of the Submission Form are available to download from the link below, to pick up from the Council Administration Offices at Crookwell and Gunning, or by contacting Council’s Accountant, Marianne Laws, on (02) 4830 1000.
All submissions must be received in writing on the approved form by 4pm on Tuesday 17 December 2024, mailed to:-
