Community Outreach Meetings coming to communities across Upper Lachlan Shire
Upper Lachlan Shire Council will hold a series of Community Outreach Meetings across the Shire during October and November 2026, providing residents with an opportunity to meet with Councillors and raise local issues and ideas.
The meetings are part of Council’s commitment to engaging directly with the community and ensuring residents have opportunities to contribute to local government decision-making.
Community Outreach Meetings provide an important avenue for Council to hear directly from residents in their local communities and better understand the issues, priorities and opportunities that matter to them.
Community Outreach Meeting dates
Council will hold meetings at the following locations, residents are encouraged to attend:
- Big Hill — Tuesday, 13 October 2026 @ 6:00pm – Big hill fire shed 1621 Brayton Road, Big Hill (near Marulan), NSW 2579
- Crookwell — Tuesday, 20 October 2026 @6:00pm – Crookwell memorial hall Denison Street, Crookwell, NSW 2583
- Gunning — Tuesday, 27 October 2026 @ 6:00pm – Gunning Shire Hall, 13 Copeland Street, Gunning NSW 2581
- Taralga — Tuesday, 3 November 2026 @ 6:00pm – Taralga war memorial hall, 41 Orchard St, Taralga NSW 2580
The meetings are open to local residents and community members, and will provide an opportunity for Council to deliver information about current projects, services and initiatives.
