Upper Lachlan Shire Council is calling for expressions of interest from experienced café and hospitality operators to lease the café within the newly built Crookwell Visitor Information Centre and swimming pool complex – a purpose- built, ready-to-trade space in the heart of town.
Location : 208 Goulburn Street, Crookwell NSW
3+2 YEAR LEASE (with renewal option)
7/6 TRADING DAYS (summer/ winter)
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Commercial kitchen fit-out: range, ovens, cooktops, fridge, freezer, pie warmer, cake fridge and shelving.
Tables and chairs provided – tenant supplies coffee machine, POS, crockery, cutlery, glassware and other operating items.
WHAT COUNCIL WILL LOOK FOR
- Demonstrated experience in café or hospitality operations
- Proposed menu and service offering
- Proposed trading hours, meeting or exceeding minimum requirements
- Financial capacity, business model and proposed lease terms
- Required public liability, professional indemnity and workers compensation insurance
