Council would like to notify all residents in Gunning and surrounds that the mulch located at the Yass Street / Gundaroo Street intersection is available to all Upper Lachlan residents. The mulch is from the elm trees that were removed from Barbour Park due to being damaged from the recent flood.
There is plenty of mulch to share around, so bring a trailer or ute and grab some while it’s available. This mulch will break down slowly adding organic material into your soil as well as turning your garden beds into fantastic-looking displays.
Just remember to please park off to the side of the piles to avoid traffic.
