Submissions open for 2023/2024 Draft Operational Plan and four year Delivery Program

Council is calling on community groups, residents, ratepayers and individuals to lodge written submissions for the Draft 2023/2024 Operational Plan and four-year Delivery Program. Council is seeking input from the community to help determine project and spending priorities for the 2023/2024 budget financial year and beyond.

Submissions must be made on the 2023/2024 Submission Form and must outline items that can be considered in the 2023/2024 and future years’ budgets. This includes requests for financial assistance for community groups or charitable organisations.

To allow Council to fully understand your submissions and give them suitable consideration, you are requested to supply sufficient detail that will fully describe the requested project/service and include any cost estimates if they are available and any recurring operational/maintenance expense. Please note, submissions must only include a maximum of three items in the order of their priority.

Copies of the Submission Form are available to download from the link below, or from the three Council Administration Offices, or by contacting Council’s Acting Chief Financial Officer, Daniel Cooper, on (02) 4830 1000.
