Upper Lachlan Shire Council is well underway with carrying out roadside growth control throughout the Shire.
Council has been successful in gaining funding through Local Land Services and has engaged a contractor to assist Council officers in carrying out the works.
We are now approaching our halfway mark having started regional and local roads in the Gunning side of the shire and are now working through Crookwell, Laggan and Bigga roads.
Weather pending, we hope to move out to the Taralga, Golspie, Myrtleville area by the end of September. If you see the team out and about, give them a wave and please drive carefully as you pass them.
